What a waste of time! – Lost 4 days!!! [Talking about gas water heater valve].
Placed an order on 07/23. I found out that order was never processed on 07/27 by calling at least 5 times. Make yourself a favor – DO NOT BUY FROM Capitol Supply. They are screwed up beyond believe! I could tell you the story here, but they don’t deserve any more of my time.

Please let me apologize for your frustration and for the issue that you had with Capitol Supply. We strive to give each and every customer the very best service possible.

While I appreciate you voicing your opinion regarding this order, I think it's only fair to share all of the facts. Your order was placed on Saturday, July 23 at 3:30pm. Because there is no shipping available on Saturday or Sunday, we processed your order first thing Monday morning. As part of our normal process, you were contacted by our order processing team via email on Monday. After confirming that the order was legitimate and that the item was in stock and ready to ship, we attempted to charge your credit card for the order on Tuesday so that we could ship the item at that very moment, but the authorization failed. For whatever reason, your card would not accept the amount of the order. Immediately, our order process team picked up the phone and called you to rectify this issue, but you decided to hang up on them.

Again, I can understand your frustration, especially when it's a part that you need with some immediacy. However, in this scenario, our processes and procedures worked exactly as they were designed. We accepted, processed and had your order ready to ship within 24 hours. Unfortunately, the problem with your credit card and your reluctance to speak to us to rectify the issue precluded us from sending out your order.
